Reception
Reception is only available online and by phone every day from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
On the day of your arrival, we will send you important information and an access code for entering the building and your room/apartment via a message on Booking or SMS.
Check-in from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Because of a timer that blocks access codes, early arrival/late departure is not possible without previous agreement. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave your room/apartment later, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
